Bourbon Neat is an open source grid framework built on top of Sass and Bourbon which is easy to use, flexible to customize, and can run in minutes with no hassles. It’s powerful enough to handle what you throw in and makes it easy to create responsive layouts.
By using media () mixins, you can change number of columns in grid of each media query and store the values in project-wide variables to dry up the code.
It runs on Firefox 3.5+, Safari 4.0+, Chrome 4.0+, Opera 9.5+ and IE 8+.
Neat is free and easy to install, and you can view some examples here.
